Located in the east of the Caribbean St Lucia is mostly famous for the two large mountains on the West of the island known as the Pitons which offer a stunning backdrop to pictures looking out to sea from one of the many beaches. Many of the resorts on the island are found in the capital of Castries which is situated in the north of the island offering views out of Rodney Bay and Pigeon Island.
