Aruba is located just 30 kilometres off the coast of Venezuala in South America. It claims to have more sunny days than any other caribbean island and despite it's distance is connected by many international flights and cruises making a stop here.

    Aruba is well connected welcoming many tourists on cruise stops via it's port or direct/single stop flights from the UK and US. You can even fill in your embarkation form online so that's another thing not to worry about on the road (or air) to paradise.

    With it's location closer to South America there is a slighly different climate to most of the Caribbean. Average temperatures reach their peak in August/September at 33C but is fairly consistent all year round. The highest average rainfall runs from Nov to Jan however this is half as much as Antigua experiences in it's peak rainfall months.
