Puerto Rico is well known for its beaches, corals and resorts with Isla Verde being the typical Caribbean holiday destination with its resorts on the beach with restaurants and bars. For the adventurer Puerto Rico offers great spots for snorkeling, diving, surfing and sailing as well as great hiking spots in the El Yunque National Forest. Other places of interest include Bahia bioluminescent which glows at night and the century old forts the island has to offer with the main ones being El Morro and La Fortaleza.

Puerto Rico's main airports are dotted evenly around the country with Aguadilla Airport (BQN) being in the north-west, San Juan International airport (SJU) in the north-east and Mercedita airport (PSE) in the south. They are well connected to the US mainly through Orlando and New York and other Caribbean islands. One stop flights are available from London and the flight times depend on the airport you are passing through.
