Eleuthera is 100 miles long so it's important you find the closest airport to where you are staying. North Eleuthera Internation Airport (ELH) being the main airport, Governor's Harbour International (GHB) is more central with Rock Sound International Airport (RSD) being the most southern along the strip. There are regular flights from Miami, Fort Lauderdale and Nassau.

The Bahamas experiences a cooler, dryer period between November to March (28C) and a hotter, wetter period between June and October with August being the wettest month with over 150mm of rain however the sunshine is never too far away even in stormy days.
